1. 'Slotlist' in table 1
You should be able to see how the slots in table 1 corresponds with the slotid's in table 2 and 3

2. 'Update counter' and the "Minidriver format" in table 2
PIN => Number of PIN changes
Container => Counter for keys
Object => Counter for everything except keys

3. 'SubjectCN' in table 3
- OID 2.5.4.12 shown if present in certificate

4. 'Keyusage' in table 3
